Midstates Investigations and Technical
Services, Inc. (MITS) provides the kind of detailed reports that
insurers need for successful litigation. MITS provides reports
of findings for litigation in support of defense on a claim or
for subrogation action where needed. A complete report including
photographic evidence and copies of supporting documentation
will be provided within 10 working days. Electronic submission
of all reports is an option. All our photos are in digital
format and are available by request on CD ROM. On request,
within 24 hours of the time the activity is complete,
preliminary reports of investigative findings will be prepared
for claims or litigation support. Complete telephone and fax communications will be maintained at the request of Claims or Litigation to keep them properly informed. MITS wants to keep you fully informed. MITS is your partner in making sure that happens. |
